In her psychology practice, Susanne Weil has spent the last 20 years helping executives develop insight into critical issues in their organization’s dynamics. By utilizing her clinical paradigm, clients have developed the self-awareness, self-discipline and relational skills to become effective leaders.
Susanne received her BA from Boston University, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College. She did post masters training at the Training and Research Institute for Self Psychology in New York City.
Susanne obtained her training in Executive Coaching at the Zicklin School of Management’s iCoach program at Baruch College in New York City.
In addition to teaching and supervising students, Susanne has also presented numerous papers at professional conferences both in the U.S. and around the world.
